Remote Access - Technology Consultant
Remote access is vital for most firms. Attorneys want to access their systems from their homes or, while traveling, from hotels. At the same time this access has to be secure to ensure that they, and only they, have access to their work product. And remote access lets me help keep costs down by giving me the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems without charging you for my hours traveling to your office. Often I can answer a phone call, access your system securely over the Internet and resolve the problem.
